Common pitfalls
Personal email instead of school email
We can't verify student status from a personal address. If your school doesn't issue email accounts, send a photo of your student ID + the current term's enrollment letter.
School license expects everyone to log in with school email
Bulk licenses are tied to whatever email pattern you specify —
usually *@school.edu. Students who already have personal Daybreak
accounts can ask [email protected] to merge their
personal data into the school-licensed account.
